JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meeting with clients to discuss their advertising needs, the company
- Work with the team, planners to deliver a plan that meets the budget and time requirements of the client
- Take care of old customers & develop new customers
- Identify and capture the needs of customers, thereby recommending services in accordance with the requirements.
- Presenting advertising campaign ideas and costs to customers
- Summarize requests from customers for the creative department, the company's internal production department.
- Negotiate with clients, resolve any issues and ensure project deadlines are met
- Check and report on the progress of advertising campaigns to customers
- Stay in touch with customers at all stages of the campaign
- Manage account budgets and invoicing customers
- Coordinate with the team, participate in pitching for new customer projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
- Knowledge and experience in Marketing Communications is an advantage.
- Honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, responsible for work.
- Able to work independently and in groups.
- Good communication, agile in handling situations that arise at work
- Have good communication skills, ability to persuade customers to make appointment to consult customers over the phone.
- Cautious, honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, diligent, enthusiastic at work and always trying to learn.
- Good online selling skills.
- Have a forward-thinking and passionate attitude in work, withstand sales pressure.
