Sales Specialist – Sr.Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their advertising needs, the company
  • Work with the team, planners to deliver a plan that meets the budget and time requirements of the client
  • Take care of old customers & develop new customers
  • Identify and capture the needs of customers, thereby recommending services in accordance with the requirements.
  • Presenting advertising campaign ideas and costs to customers
  • Summarize requests from customers for the creative department, the company's internal production department.
  • Negotiate with clients, resolve any issues and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Check and report on the progress of advertising campaigns to customers
  • Stay in touch with customers at all stages of the campaign
  • Manage account budgets and invoicing customers
  • Coordinate with the team, participate in pitching for new customer projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Knowledge and experience in Marketing Communications is an advantage.
  • Honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, responsible for work.
  • Able to work independently and in groups.
  • Good communication, agile in handling situations that arise at work
  • Have good communication skills, ability to persuade customers to make appointment to consult customers over the phone.
  • Cautious, honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, diligent, enthusiastic at work and always trying to learn.
  • Good online selling skills.
  • Have a forward-thinking and passionate attitude in work, withstand sales pressure.
